My journey started over 5 years ago after having my son and gaining a significant amount of weight. What began as a personal mission to take back my health and confidence eventually turned into a complete lifestyle change and the creation of my business, Capital Gainz Fitness. Through my own transformation, I discovered how powerful fitness, nutrition, and consistency can truly be—not just physically, but mentally as well.
That journey eventually led me into the world of bodybuilding where I competed in my first show and placed 1st in Athletic and 3rd in Physique. Since then, I’ve continued expanding my knowledge through certifications, education, hands-on coaching experience, and constantly pushing myself to grow both inside and outside the gym. I’m passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, healthier habits, and sustainable results, and I’m excited to be part of a community filled with driven people who are all working to become better every day.
